About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Anradus Pte Ltd.

Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the road construction sector. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that client digital marketing needs are met and exceeded to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

You will oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Regularly updating content, managing web performance, and coordinating with web developers and designers to implement improvements as needed.

Your focus will be on developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry. This includes content marketing, SEO, paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads), email marketing, and social media management.

You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and work with the technical team to implement SEO, CRO, and UX/UI enhancements. Ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems for managing client data and tracking the progress of leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the road construction sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client digital marketing needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO, CRO, and UX/UI enhancements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and client servicing, preferably in the B2B or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in website management, including content updates, SEO, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and WordPress.
  • Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required.
What We Offer
