**Job Title:** Structure Fabrication Supervisor
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the fabrication and installation of structures within a shipyard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with site teams to understand project schedules and ensuring timely completion;
- Expediting fabrication and installation works with allocated sub-contractor teams;
- Maintaining accurate project progress reports and plans for future activities;
- Managing red line mark ups on drawings and updating engineering records;
- Collaborating with site teams to address drawing and site discrepancies, equipment structural clash checks for trouble shooting of fabrication matters, and coordinating site activities;
- Maintaining remnant material records for final reconciliation of materials;
- Organizing scaffolding erection and de-staging plans and activities with all trades;
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements and scope of works;
- Understanding contractors' scopes of work and managing subcontractor performance in line with provided schedules;
- Capturing and preparing timesheets for submission for any drawing changes, modifications, and scope variations - subcon SI, JCS/JCF, etc.;
- Providing necessary information for MOS and JSA arrangement and following up to get lifting plan arrangement drawings;
- Issuing materials to subcontractors based on work fronts for one week.
