Regional HR Strategy Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the HR function for a growing organization with a headcount size of 300. This involves designing and implementing a regional HR strategy that aligns closely with the company's business objectives and evolving workforce needs. The successful candidate will partner closely with Heads of Departments to consistently consult and provide advice in support of the company's growth ambitions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a regional HR strategy
- Lead the HR function for the organization
- Partner with Heads of Departments to drive business results
- Champion a strong, inclusive employee culture
- Build and scale leadership and talent development frameworks
- Drive workforce planning and organizational development efforts
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional leadership roles in fast-paced environments. Experience in software/tech fields is an advantage. A strong strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to influence and win buy-in senior stakeholders across the region are also required.
