Are you a results-driven leader with strong experience in the beauty industry? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Salon Professional to oversee daily salon operations, lead a team of professionals, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure high service standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, nail technicians, and therapists
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue
  • Maintain inventory, manage appointments, and handle customer feedback
  • Evaluate staff performance and handle recruitment when needed
  • Stay updated with beauty trends, services, and customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of skincare, facial, or nail services is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
