Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in executing offline and online marketing strategies, managing and executing various marketing initiatives across different platforms.

You'll collaborate with talented teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines through workshops, learning sessions, and company events.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both offline and online marketing, giving you a well-rounded experience that will set you up for success in your future career.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll have a strong interest in marketing, and while experience is preferred, candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing:

Plan, execute, and staff onsite during weekend activations and events, such as health fairs, roadshows, and lead pop-ups in medical and retail channels for Vytle.

Collaborate with designers to develop marketing and medical collaterals, including but not limited to, product fact sheets, brochures, promotional posters, and coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors to meet project timelines.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines when developing marketing and medical collateral.

Expand on collaboration and product placement opportunities where suitable for Vytle.

Online Marketing:

Manage day-to-day marketplaces & e-stores operations such as customer inquiries & order fulfillments.

Work closely with Marketplaces' account manager on campaign plans & executions, enabler on orders fulfillment & inventory management.

Create and update online channels content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.

Support online campaigns & livestreams – from conceptualization, working with cross-functional teams on smooth execution of online campaigns.

Monitor & perform analysis of performance metrics, tracking revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Brand Collaboration & Others:

Expand on collaboration and product placement opportunities where suitable for both online & offline.

Any other ad hoc activities assigned.
