Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning down after service.
  • Communicate effectively with both the kitchen team and your fellow FOH team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience required in this role.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.
  • Previous experience in a waiter or runner role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in Chinese cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary:

Part Time Salary Rate: Up to $18/Hour

Full Time Salary up to $2500
