Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our payroll operations, including processing payroll transactions, reconciliations, and audits.

You will work closely with our payroll service provider to ensure seamless execution of payroll services, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll transactions, including processing payrolls, reconciliations, and audits
  • Work with our payroll service provider to ensure efficient execution of payroll services

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Typically 6-8 years of experience in MNC environment focusing on payroll operations
  • Experience in managing both outsourced payroll and in-house payroll processing
  • Proven track record in handling high-volume payroll transactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing system migrations and implementing system changes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications and payroll systems experience (such as SAP)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
