Job Title: Senior Area Manager

Join a dynamic team as we seek a skilled and experienced Senior Area Manager to lead our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of senior managers in achieving sales targets and overall performance of outlets.
  2. Provide guidance to senior managers and supervisors to maintain smooth daily operations of the foodcourts and coffeeshops.
  3. Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/agencies, and stall tenants.
  4. Conduct regular checks on the hygiene, service standards, and quality of products, and provide feedback internally and to stall tenants.
  5. Supervise and provide guidance to stall tenants and cleaning contractors to provide high-quality service and achieve housekeeping excellence.
  6. Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events.
  7. Responsible for sourcing qualified tenants/food types to fill up vacant stalls and ensured that all vacant stalls were filled.
  8. Assist inspectors of relevant authorities/agencies such as NEA, SFA, and Civil Defense during outlet inspection and follow-up actions.
  9. Manage lease renewal agreements, negotiated, and followed up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
  10. Propose activities according to market needs.
  11. Handle daily sales settlement.
  12. Work with Business Development and Project to identify potential new business opportunities, sites, sourced, built, and renovated.
  13. Ensure selling prices of stalls according to agreements.
  14. Conduct weekly and monthly outlet meetings.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  1. Review staff performance and provide recommendations on staff confirmation, promotion, and training to enhance their work performance.
  2. Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes, and work tension among the team.
  3. Manage termination procedures according to company guidelines.
  4. Communicate company policies and procedures to team members and stall tenants.
  5. Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash, and daily sales collection.
  6. Timely submission of outlet reports.
  7. Prepare and submit monthly reports to Senior Management.
  8. Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
  9. Carry out necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping, and agreements.
