We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.

This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling admin work and accounts receivable.
  • Handle partial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and reconcile receipts and bank statements. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Senior Finance Manager.
  • Update records and data, using SAP B1 System.
  • Knowledge of GST reporting.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or related field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP, or other similar systems.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
