Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and commissioning equipment on board vessels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and commission equipment on board vessels.
  • Inspect and receive customer-supplied products.
  • Provide technical support and cabling diagrams for equipment.
  • Identify and record quality issues related to products and services.
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site.
  • Authorize equipment release after meeting service standards.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of computers, electronics, and telecommunication systems.
  • Experience in marine electronics or the offshore industry is a plus.
  • An NTC/ITC or diploma in electronics engineering or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
