As an Organization Culture Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping this vision into a tangible reality that resonates with employees and stakeholders alike. Your role will be to design and develop solutions that drive alignment towards our mission and core values, ensuring our culture is embedded and integrated into the employee lifecycle.
This requires a deep understanding of our organizational culture, company history, and management philosophies. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of culture into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms.
Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying cultural challenges within business teams, designing and delivering practical solutions to enable employees, leaders, and teams to practice our culture, and enhancing understanding of company culture for employees and leaders.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of our organizational culture, company history, and management philosophies.
- Support the practice of company culture for employees and leaders through integration of culture into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms.
- Assess and identify cultural challenges within business teams and design, deliver, and evaluate practical solutions to enable employees, leaders, and teams to practice our culture.
- Effectively enhance understanding of company culture for employees and leaders.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualifications. A minimum of first-hand experience in building a culture within your own team or a client team, which enabled wider business priorities while sustaining employee engagement, is essential.
You should also have practical experience designing or implementing/executing a broad range of HR/management processes and systems, such as recruiting, leadership development, recognition programs, and more.
Experience in design, development, and delivery/implementation of leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives, leading global change, project, and/or product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, stakeholder management, detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights are highly desirable.
Requirements:
- First-hand experience in building a culture within your own team or a client team.
- Practical experience in designing or implementing/executing a broad range of HR/management processes and systems.
- Experience in design, development, and delivery/implementation of leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives.
- Leading global change, project, and/or product management.
- Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills.
