About the team and role: This role focuses on designing and developing solutions that drive alignment with our mission and core values, embedding culture into the employee lifecycle, and enabling management training and mechanisms that promote the practice of our culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support growth and expansion and help build a best-in-class HR function for a global company.
What will I do?
- Build a deep understanding of our organizational culture, company history and management philosophies; serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Support culture integration into company-wide management training programs and mechanisms (processes/systems), including recruiting, leadership development and recognition.
- Assess cultural challenges within business teams and design, deliver, and evaluate practical solutions to enable employees and leaders to practice our culture.
- Enhance understanding of company culture for employees and leaders through learning content, toolkits, training (online/offline), and workshop facilitation.
Minimum Qualifications
- First hand experience building a culture within your own team or a client team, enabling wider business priorities while sustaining employee engagement.
- Practical experience designing or implementing a broad range of HR/management processes and systems (e.g., recruiting, leadership development, recognition programs).
- Experience in design, development and delivery of leadership development workshops and/or employee experience initiatives (not limited to HR/learning).
- Experience leading global (across regions) change, project and/or product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
