Job Opportunity

The Regional Commercial Lead is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving growth in both inbound and outbound business across designated countries. This position involves tracking and reviewing country-level commercial performance, identifying gaps in underperforming markets, and proposing corrective actions.

This role also encompasses engaging with key clients, building agency sales capabilities, and contributing to strategic planning. Additionally, the candidate will co-lead CRM implementation across regional offices and represent the company at key industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional commercial planning and execution
  • Drive growth in inbound and outbound business
  • Track and review country-level commercial performance
  • Identify gaps in underperforming markets and propose corrective actions
  • Engage with key clients and build agency sales capabilities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
