
Airport Lounge Ambassador

This is a highly rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to passengers, handling enquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lounge Operations: Support lounge operations by ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and availability of amenities such as food, beverages, and seating.
- VIP Services: Assist passengers with lounge access, VIP services, and any specific needs, maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Feedback and Protocols: Monitor customer feedback, collaborate with lounge teams, and adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure smooth lounge operations.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience, ideally in an airport or lounge setting; experience handling passenger relations and complex requests is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- IT Knowledge: Proficiency in basic computer systems (training provided).
- Additional Requirements: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure; flexibility to work various shifts in a 24-hour operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Pysical Requirements: Ability to assist with pushing luggage and trolleys when needed.
- Uniforms Provided: Uniforms will be provided.
- Company SOP: Follow company SOP regarding uniforms and outlook.
