Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze system integration needs and identify dependencies and impacts.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage risks and issues related to scope and requirements.
  • Partner with offshore test teams to develop test scenarios and validate results.
  • Categorize test findings as defects or change requests.
  • Investigate reported issues, implement fixes or workarounds, and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Manage defects and change requests, prioritizing and planning resolutions with business units.
  • Provide Level 3 production support, resolving incidents and handling user queries.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years in payment system implementations with expertise in business analysis methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Asia-Pacific payment systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO20022 payment standards and SWIFT messages.
  • Familiarity with TCS Bancs Payments product.
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals and change management processes.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player.
