As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and growth across our largest and most strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and advocating for their success within Datadog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard and train customers on our Enterprise solutions
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring seamless adoption and renewal
  • Develop and execute customized plans to meet customer business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in the B2B tech space
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to travel for customer onsite visits and events as required
