We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Analytics Expert to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a dynamic organization that values innovation and collaboration.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions, overseeing solution architecture designs, and leading the data governance, BAU Operation, and advanced analytics teams. You will also work closely with business departments to drive their data analytics roadmap using your Data Engineering & Analytics skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for global/regional data product managers, covering infrastructure, network, data extraction approach, ETL flows, and cube design.
  • Develop suitable data models (bronze, silver, gold, and data mart) to address business requirements and review local solution designs for go/no-go decisions.
  • Explore modern technologies in the market and evolve current architectures, collaborating with Microsoft or Databricks solution architects to evaluate new releases, features, or products.
  • Hands-on development for ETL Pipelines using Azure Stack, including ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Databricks, Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment from Dev to QA and Production environments for Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Design end-to-end advanced analytics solutions, platforms, and operation frameworks, working with internal and external data scientists and consultants to develop solutions using Python, Pyspark, Azure Machine Learning Studio, or H2O.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Lake (ADLS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Logic App, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, Azure Data Factory, etc.), Databricks (Unity Catalog, Lakehouse, Workflows, Clusters/SQL Warehouse, Delta Sharing, Volumes, External Locations, Storage Credentials, etc.), and Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised learning models, MLOps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, Filters, Power BI Gateway, Data Access Mode like Direct Query/Import/Live Connection, Data Refresh Method, Power BI Dataset, PBI Workspace, Method to publish app and report, Various visuals chart types, etc.) and Data Modelling Framework (Entity Relationship, Data Vault Schema, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Mart, Materialized View, Data Harmonization, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile Development Framework (backlog, sprint, scrum, user story & story point, epic, etc.), Stakeholder Reporting (Agile Development Sprint Report, Waterfall Project Report), ITIL Process (especially Change & Release Management), Design Documentation Management, Code Management (CI/CD Pipeline), Waterfall Project Management, and Meta Data Management.
  • Data Source System & FMCG Domain Knowledge, including Enterprise Systems such as SAP BW, SAP ERP, SAP IBP, Success Factors, Coupa, MES, Commercial IT Systems such as SFA, DMS, TPM, Retail & Consumer Measurement Service and Tools like Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, TRAX, and FMCG Domain Knowledge like RTM, RGM.
