
Human Resources Leader

This strategic HR leadership role is embedded within a rapidly expanding supply chain hub. The People Business Partner (PBP) Director will partner directly with senior leaders across Global Engineering and Global Manufacturing teams to drive transformation, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
The role enables real-time collaboration, accelerates decision-making, and ensures HR is at the forefront of supply chain evolution. This pivotal role is crucial to driving Resmed's transformation journey, enabling faster execution of strategic imperatives, strengthening regional partnerships, and embedding HR leadership within the business.
- Strategic Partnering: Full accountability of PBP support for Global Manufacturing and Global Engineering, leading the SEA hub which will become Supply Chain's leading manufacturing and engineering operations.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead people strategy for Network 2030 and Manufacturing Transformation, including change management and capability building.
- Change & Engagement Support: Build communication and engagement plans tailored to each function and audience, ensuring smooth adoption of systems and behaviors associated with Manufacturing & Engineering transformation.
- Technical Career Pathway Deployment: Ensure all engineering teams are working within the guidelines of the Technical Career Pathways program and there is alignment more broadly with other engineering functions.
- Industrial & Government Relations: Work with teams on the ground in country to provide strategic oversight on industrial relations matters and government body decisions.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Embed people considerations into operations forums, ensuring alignment across commercial and supply chain priorities.
- Engineering Collaboration: Support senior engineering leaders across the globe with team design, leadership development, and transformation readiness.
- Global-Local Connector: Translate enterprise-wide people strategies into locally relevant actions across SEA, fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning: Build talent and automation plans, incl. strong talent pipelines, and support leadership development across global manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Operational Oversight: Provide PBP support for Johor operations and contribute to strategic planning for potential site development in Thailand.
