Job Title: Business Operations and Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Learning Point Kids PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including employee data management, leave applications, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and track employee-related processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, training, orientation, and confirmation.
  • Support with email communication, calendar invites, document scanning and filing.
  • Create and post job listings on various hiring platforms.
  • Plan and schedule interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and both in-person and Zoom interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Comfortable to use Google Suite and back-end systems
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, problem solve and prioritise needs
  • Ability to take in feedback, takes initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Resilient under pressure

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of SGD 35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
