Job Title: Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

 

This senior role involves providing technical guidance to customers, utilizing extensive knowledge of product specifications and applications. As a seasoned professional, you will work closely with clients to drive design and implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer expert insights on products and market trends to customers, ensuring the success of their projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop tailored training approaches to meet their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments through regular interactions with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, prioritizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives, supporting decision-making and driving results.
  • Engage in lessons and testing conducted by suppliers, expanding your expertise and staying current with the latest advancements.

 

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, physics, chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • You must have at least one year's experience in technical customer support or technical training.
  • Be driven by a passion for helping others, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in conversing in Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively communicate with HQ colleagues.
  • Have an intermediate understanding of popular operating systems, including Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu).
  • Knowledge of C#, SQL, or Python is an asset.
