Flight Operations is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills. As a Flight Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations to ensure safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating flight crews, liaising with regulatory authorities, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring that all flights meet company standards.
  • You will oversee flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, managing crew and resources, team building and training.
  • Key responsibilities also include planning, coordinating, and supervising daily flight operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Additionally, you will ensure proper flight scheduling, crew rostering, and aircraft allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring flight progress, managing irregular operations, and implementing contingency plans as required.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in flight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Comfortable working with operational and technical documentation and procedures.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations and operational procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operational activities, including dispatch, organization, and quality management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and flight planning/operational software.
  • High attention to detail, strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work independently, and make effective decisions under pressure.
