Flight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating flight operations, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and act on telex communications in a timely manner.
  • Inform apron staff of aircraft changes and update relevant systems.
  • Ensure requests for SIA stretcher or Supplementary Oxygen kit are processed promptly.
  • Update flight observer charts and fax to relevant parties.
  • Prepare SQ and Scoot delay reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
  • Able to read and understand telex communications and react accordingly.
  • Experience in performing coordination, data entry, and updating of stretcher or Kit chart into systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to last-minute aircraft changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts and following a 3 days on, 2 days off schedule.
