As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team in Achieving Business Objectives
  • Handle Email and Phone Enquiries in a Timely Manner
  • Process Sales Orders and Ensure Prompt Payment from Clients
  • Coordinate Shipping Schedules and Prepare Shipping Documents
  • Follow Up with Clients on Administrative Matters
  • Assist in General Administration Duties and Ad-Hoc Tasks

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

Requirements
  • Hold a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
  • Have at Least 1 Year of Relevant Experience
  • B2B Selling Skills Will Be an Advantage

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Taxation, Sales, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Inventory, Administration, Data Entry, B2B, Accounting, Selling Skills, Administrative Support, Excel, Shipping, Administrative Duties, Audit are all essential skills required for this role.
