Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, coordinating with colleagues, assigning tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and receive incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Perform data entry on Excel sheets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pick, pack, test, and conduct quality control of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely goods movement.
- Coordinate with team members and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support deliveries of equipment/goods to specified locations.
- Perform refurbishing procedures on retrieved goods from the field.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
- Support documentation and other administrative duties.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Computer literate (Excel, data entry skills).
- Responsible, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- At least 1 year of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
- Qualifications in Logistics/Transportation are an advantage.
- Hands-on exposure across full warehouse & logistics cycle.
