- Manage fundraising initiatives, including event management and donor engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing donors through consistent and sustained engagement.
- Prepare donor reports, appeals, and impact updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain donor databases and conduct donor analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks and proposals for funding applications.
- Support the Head in developing and monitoring budgets for each project.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree Qualification.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event organising and arts industry is preferable.
