Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Bukit Gombak. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle business travel requests, including air, hotel, car, and rail bookings.
  • Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure that reservations are aligned with the client's travel policy and optimize their travel spend.
  • Travel Advisory: Provide insightful travel advice to clients.
  • Travel Disruptions: Handle any amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and disruptions, communicating the implications to clients in a professional manner.
  • Invoice Management: Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Requirements:
  • Travel Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Education: Diploma in tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Skills: Knowledge of fares and ticketing, proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), meticulous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, positive team player with good communication skills.
