The Assistant Director, Undergraduate Students will play a key role in supporting the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Students in developing and implementing strategies for undergraduate student recruitment, retention, and success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results in similar roles and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Develop and implement strategies for undergraduate student recruitment, retention, and success.\
  • Collaborate with overseas institutions and universities to enhance visibility of CoE's undergraduate programmes and to broaden student exchange opportunities.\
  • Serve as the central Point of Contact (POC) for undergraduate student matters, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including prospective students and current students.\
  • Work with Schools and the University's Office of Admissions to coordinate and refine undergraduate admissions processes, ensuring alignment with CoE's strategic goals.\
  • Develop and oversee programmes and initiatives to enrich the academic, social, and cultural experience for undergraduate students, fostering a sense of community and belonging.\
  • Support the development and coordination of undergraduate programmes, including dual-degree offerings, interdisciplinary initiatives, and undergraduate research opportunities.\
  • Provide guidance and support to undergraduate students on academic and personal matters.\
