Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in a community hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key responsibilities include assessing patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges, developing and implementing customized therapy programs, and teaching patients adaptive techniques and recommending assistive devices. You will also work closely with families and caregivers to support patient rehabilitation and modify environments to improve accessibility and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Fully Registered AHPC (Singapore)
  • Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Benefits:

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week (8:30am - 5:30pm). The projected commencement date is from August to September 2025 onwards. We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
