Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a senior occupational therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing interventions to patients referred for occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' goals and needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including implementing interventions, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient information, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working in occupational therapy, preferably in a geriatric, neurology, orthopedic, or palliative care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office software.
