Senior Occupational Therapist

This is a senior-level opportunity to work as an occupational therapist in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe and cost-efficient occupational therapy services to patients for their optimal recovery.
This involves working closely with patients and their caregivers to educate them about conditions and care.
In addition, you will manage a team and develop their competencies and workload distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs for patients.
- Manage and supervise a team of occupational therapists.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Educate patients and their caregivers about conditions and care.
- Diploma* in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy (* A-level entry diploma accredited by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy (WFOT))
- At least 4 years of experience as Occupational Therapist with 1 year of supervisory experience
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
- Able to work well independently and in groups
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
