Job Summary

As a Care Team Leader, you will be the point person for responding to medical emergencies, guiding patients through treatment and recovery, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise in emergency medicine and leadership skills will be essential in managing high-pressure situations and making informed decisions that prioritize patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency cases, providing immediate care and transportation to patients as needed
• Collaborate with paramedics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of treatment options and progress
• Manage and maintain ambulances, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for emergency response

Requirements

• Paramedic Level III Certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven terrain as needed
