Lead Nursing Team with Excellence

We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality care to residents and their families. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in nursing care delivery, and a commitment to promoting evidence-based practices.

  1. Oversight of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants, and attendants, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
  2. Collaboration with multidisciplinary care providers, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, medical social workers, and others, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  3. Quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care, promoting continuous improvement.
  4. Promotion of evidence-based practices and nursing care delivery, ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures are available to guide staff.
  5. Staff development, skills, and competency upgrading through various opportunities, including orientation/induction programs and preceptorship for new staff.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  2. At least 4 years of clinical or management experience as a Nurse Manager
  3. Nursing Home experience preferred
  4. Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
