As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of the order-to-cash process using SAP S4/Hana. You will be responsible for managing export shipping documentation, including Letter of Credit and Bill of Lading, while handling customer complaints, sales support, and sample requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order-to-cash process using SAP S4/Hana.
  • Coordinate export shipping documentation (Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, etc.).
  • Handle customer complaints, sales support, and sample requests.
  • Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Sales & Marketing, SCM, AR, Credit & Legal teams.
  • Participate in projects supporting Business Line strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in a similar role within an MNC environment.
  • Strong logistics and shipping knowledge.
  • Proficient in export documentation and banking document preparation.
  • Experienced with SAP S4/Hana and MS Office.
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management, and Global Trade Services.
