Finance Professional Wanted for Statutory Reporting and AutomationWe are seeking a skilled finance professional to assist with statutory and regulatory reporting work.The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, full set exposures, and system automation.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Finance Manager in all statutory and regulatory reporting work
  • Process and analyze payment information to track corporate spend analysis
  • Prepare and follow up on documents in key areas:
  • Invoices and vendor payments
  • Aged payables report
  • Balance sheet schedules (prepayment, accruals, work in progress, recoverable etc)
  • SOA reconciliation and accruals
  • Fixed asset schedule, depreciation, assigning fixed asset ID tags
  • Manage and maintain annual fixed asset counts and petty cash counts
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received
  • Assemble, review, and process invoices for timely vendor payments
Requirements:
  1. A degree in accountancy or equivalent is required
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in accounts payable (AP), full set exposures, and system automation
  • Other desirable skills include:
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office
  • Good initiative and willingness to learn and improve
  • Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred Skills:
  1. Microsoft Office
