Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ITB Export Finance and Solutions team in Asia Pacific, working closely with Country Heads. They will define the business and origination strategy for EFS in APAC in conjunction with the ITB APAC Head, SCOs, Coverage, ITB Heads, and Business Lines Regional Heads.

  • Manage and support teams to develop EFS activities in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Develop export finance activities in Singapore and Asian countries with no EFS presence
  • Cultivate partnerships with banks in the region to gather market intelligence and work jointly on transactions
  • Define KPIs and report on the performance of the EFS activity in APAC
Main Duties

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export finance or structured finance and excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical skills. They must be able to work independently under pressure and solve issues effectively.

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in export finance or structured finance
  • Ideal candidate has led and managed a team previously
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Fluent English written and spoken; ideally fluent in French
  • Ability to travel regularly
