Job Opportunity
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Night Performance Manager to oversee live performances and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing late-night events, coordinating with production teams, and developing strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work night shifts with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced evening environment.
- Assist with event planning, preparation, and setup.
- Train new team members and perform on stage together.
- Coordinate with production teams and oversee all rehearsals.
- Attract new customers to visit our outlet.
- Develop strong communication skills and interact with customers to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide additional support as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced evening environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to train and collaborate with others.
- Basic knowledge of event management and coordination principles.
