Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day operations of our Badminton Arena by handling court bookings, responding to customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for all users. This role is customer-facing and operational.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Court Bookings: Assist with making, modifying, and checking online or walk-in bookings.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Business Development Manager and carries out all responsibilities in consultation with the reporting officer.

Requirements:

  • A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with badminton operations and practices.

Work Arrangement:

This is a part-time role working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Location:

Singapore Badminton Stadium (100/102 Guillemard Road)
