Spa Therapist Job Description

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services to clients in a professional and safe manner. You will be the face of our spa, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every client leaves feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, body and foot treatments, and other specialized services.
  • To maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client feels welcome and valued.
  • To uphold and maintain the highest health and safety regulations, as well as additional hygiene standards set by the spa.
  • To be knowledgeable about the services provided and to effectively respond to client queries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Able and flexible to work on weekends/public holidays/after office hours.
  • Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience.
  • Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.
