Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily dining operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Ensure that all food preparation and serving areas meet health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
