Role Overview

This Ecommerce Platform Analyst position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead regional eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) operations initiatives to support sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) operations, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical implementations, creating effective solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions through collaboration with platform team, support team, subsidiaries, and other partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on eCommerce technologies like SAP Hybris.
  • Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, REST API, Micro-services, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web Services, and SQL.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive consensus and execute plans across teams and levels of hierarchy.
