Job Title: CAD Drafter Specialist

Are you a skilled drafter looking for a challenging role in Fire Protection and System Design?

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated CAD Drafter to join our team. As a key member of the drafting team, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts using CAD software. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that all designs meet site specifications and update modifications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate Fire Protection/Alarm System plans and drawings.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts using CAD software.
  • Coordinate with HOD on drawing revisions and project installation prep.
  • Maintain drawing records and reports.
  • Attend site meetings as required.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and at least 1 year of drafting experience. Relevant experience in Construction/Fire Alarm drawings is also preferred. Additionally, bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are required to liaise with associates who only speak Mandarin.
