Fire Alarm Systems Drafter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer/Drafter to assist our engineering team with detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts for Fire Protection/Alarm System plans.

  • Collaborate with engineers to create accurate and detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts using CAD software.
  • Prepare comprehensive Fire Protection/Alarm System plans and drawings that meet site specifications.
  • Ensure all drawings are updated and modified as necessary.
  • Coordinate with HOD on drawing revisions and project installation preparation.
  • Develop drawings and calculations for submission purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings and reports.
  • Attend site meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit is mandatory.
  • Candidates must hold Nitec or Autodesk Revit or 3D Autocad Certificate with at least 1 year of drafting experience.
  • Relevant experience in Construction/Fire Alarm drawings is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates who can communicate effectively in English and Mandarin are preferred.
