High-End Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished sales professional to join our luxury retail team in Singapore. If you have a passion for high-end fashion or watches, enjoy interacting with discerning clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
  • Advise clients on product features, trends, and styling and technical details (watches)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate record-keeping
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  • Collaborate with team members and management to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Presentable, confident, and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion or watches
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Relevant retail experience in luxury brands is highly preferred
