Product Specialist
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for arcade games.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for serving as the product subject matter expert with a strong understanding of arcade operators' needs and field conditions. You will support game testing by monitoring in-game performance, collecting structured feedback through surveys, and observing real-world gameplay to validate development iterations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise: Act as product SME for arcade games, with a strong understanding of arcade operators' needs and field conditions.
  • Game Testing: Support game testing by monitoring in-game performance, collecting structured feedback through surveys, and observing real-world gameplay to validate development iterations.
  • Documentation: Curate and populate operator-facing documentation such as manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness, using relevant tools and platforms to manage and publish content.
  • Project Management: Closely collaborate with creative, engineering, supply chain teams, and OEM partners and lead assigned projects through the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that they meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Product Improvements: Lead product-specific improvements and features through the creation of physical mock-ups to evaluate form, function, and usability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma and above.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills - written, visual, and verbal.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest: Keen interest in arcade games, gaming culture, or interactive hardware products.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to break down technical information into simple, easy-to-understand formats.
  • Organization: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Documentation Tools: Familiarity with documentation tools, diagrams, or other visual content creation tools is a plus.
  • Physical Prototyping: Experience with physical prototyping, creating mock-ups, and user testing is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with arcades in Singapore an advantage.
