The role of a Front Office Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and driveway
- Admit patients to their rooms in a timely manner
- Liaise with florists and other departments to arrange gift sets for designated patients
- Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins
- Work with supervisors to ensure service stations are manned effectively
- High Nitec/Diploma or above
- At least 3 months commitment
- 2 years of customer service experience
