
Excellent Customer Service Representative Wanted

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance on medical devices, including continuous glucose monitoring systems.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, warranties, and after-sales support.
- Manage service requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with the Sales and Technical Support teams to coordinate solutions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Support retail activities and customer service initiatives when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and healthcare laws.
- Contribute to customer service improvement projects and SOP development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare, or related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, retail, or medical devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM).
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and resolve issues calmly and effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
