Customer Service Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has great communication skills, and can provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and I-slash booking system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain zero unresolved calls and inquiries daily.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our monthly promotions, securing and maximizing bookings and reservations for new and existing customers.
- Ensure accurate bookings for treatments, consultations, cancellations, etc.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and stay updated with our monthly promotions to provide accurate information.
- Follow up on customer complaints and feedback.
- Support shop in meeting monthly sales targets.
- Handle daily operational and administrative duties such as responding to emails, SMS, and online inquiries.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Good verbal communication skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Friendly and professional in handling customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Work Details:
Workdays: 5 days a week, including weekends. Work hours: 10 am to 8 pm (Monday – Saturday), 10 am to 7 pm (Sunday).
