This is a high-impact role that involves spearheading regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, identifying new customers through strong networks and prospecting, building lasting partnerships, and opening new market opportunities.

  • Achieve bearings business growth in APAC with a focus on steel mills.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet targets.
  • Secure new customers via extensive networking and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • S support customers with expert knowledge on bearing specifications and applications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the bearings industry with a proven track record of sales/business development success.
  • A strong professional network within industrial customers, especially steel mills, across APAC.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of bearings and their applications.
  • Williness to travel extensively across APAC.
