Job Opportunity: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled electrical maintenance professional to take on a challenging role in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services, including conducting thorough maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on production department machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement plans for facilities upgrades and repairs to address emerging needs and priorities.
  • Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Purchase essential spare parts for preventive maintenance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify potential causes of equipment failure and arrange for proactive repair and replacement to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures by all vendors and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in building facilities in the manufacturing sector is an asset.
