About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance activities on electrical equipment, including corrective and proactive maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. They will work closely with operations, technology, and technical support groups to carry out routine maintenance and ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform execution of electrical related maintenance, projects, turnarounds, and respond to unplanned events while meeting performance targets as set by the team.
- Responsible for coaching and guiding electrical technicians from contractor partners and supervising their personnel activities in aspects of safety and productivity.
- Responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and conducting maintenance execution work processes on all electrical equipment-related works in the production unit to ensure quality maintenance is carried out effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' related work experience in the oil and gas industry maintenance field will be desirable.
- Skilled in executing maintenance work and managing contractors on site.
